This year the NVBM autumn symposium will be entitled "Heritage of Buys Ballot" and is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Buys Ballot. The symposium will highlight the life and work of Buys Ballot, and from that point onward what have been and are the devlopments in the understanding of the Atmospheric Dynamics. Moreover two NVBM member will present a vlog about the Annual Meeting of the European Meteorological Society in Dublin.The symposium will be held November 17th 2017 in Wageningen (more details on the flyer).
